Women In Community Action, Inc. (WICA) is a community service organization that has served Prince William County and surrounding areas for over 40 years. Through its program which culminates with a lavish Debutante Ball, debutantes learn skills that are needed to be successful in the 21st century, create lasting friendships and learn the importance of service to others.
Through collective efforts of the Blue16 Media Team, website updates have been made, such as, but not limited to:
- Information has been placed on the website for the Scholarship Page – As WICA is committed to granting financial support to graduating seniors and their families, information on how to apply for the scholarship grant has been placed on this portion of the website.
- Pictures were added to showcase WICA Gallery Pages.
- To acknowledge the passion of the members towards making WICA’s mission and vision a reality, members and contributors to this humble mission were added to the website.
